I just read on The Bargain Watcher that there has been clarification by the CPSC on the restrictions of HR4040..... and it is good news for the resale industry! There are still restrictions, but they will NOT have to test the items on their shelves. Yipee!
Just wanted to pass that on - now I can keep up with my pile of stuff to consign in the spring.
