Candy Cane Breakfast

This weekend we headed to church for a little family tradition. Our church has a "candy cane breakfast" (no candy canes are served) as a celebration for the kids. The children's choir sings, they tell the story of Jesus' birth, there are little crafts to make, and this year they even had some service projects set up. It's always yummy and Megan always has fun. This year hanging out with her good friend Mary Grace was one of the highlights of the outing.
She is such a huggy girl.... we are working on teaching her to respect other people's personal space... that's a difficult lesson for sure. If you have ever read about "love languages" - I can guarantee that Megan's love language is "touch!"
